What we collect

  • Order data: the items you order and your order history
  • Contact data: your name, email address and phone number (if you give one)
  • Shipping data: your delivery address
  • We never see or store your card number. Payment details are entered on our payment provider's secure page.
  • Newsletter email address, only if you choose to sign up and only with your consent

How we use it

To process and ship orders, send order and tracking updates, answer your messages, handle refunds, and meet legal and tax obligations. With your consent only, we may also send updates about Guga Finds.

Service providers we use

  • Stripe: payment processing
  • Cloudflare: website hosting and security
  • Our suppliers and shipping carriers: they receive your name, delivery address and order details so they can ship your order

We share information only with providers needed to run the store and fulfill orders. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed for taxes, refunds and legal reasons.

We do not currently use analytics or advertising trackers on this site, so we do not track you across sites or over time. We respond to Do Not Track signals the same way: we do not track.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
